In order to hold our Show Reception in conjunction with
Fort Worth Gallery Night, the official TJAA Show
Reception will begin after sundown on Sabbath.
However Fort Worth Galleries, including BRIT, will open
at noon.

WALL-HUNG WORK ONLY.
Maximum size 36” x 60”, framed and wired for hanging
Weight Limit - 25 lbs
ARTWORK MUST FIT THE SHOW THEME in some manner in order to be accepted.

ENTRY FEE:
Each member may enter 3 works for $35.
If not already paid, 2018 dues of $36 may be paid with show application.

ACCEPTANCE OF WORK:
Artwork will be juried by Evelyn Siegel, and will be accepted upon the juror’s
discretion
Space at BRIT is limited, and that may influence the number of pieces accepted.
TJAA reserves the right to refuse any work deemed unacceptable.
SHOW SALES:
BRIT requests a 10% commission on any work sold during the show.
TJAA does not take a commission on any work that is sold.
BRIT does not conduct sales - they will connect buyers with the artist.
LIABILITY:
All reasonable care shall be exercised with entries; however, TJAA will not be responsible for loss or damage.
BRIT does not insure the work; artists should provide their own insurance if they wish.
TJAA is responsible for hanging the show and we will need TJAA member volunteers
JUROR:
Evelyn Siegel, former owner of the Evelyn Siegel Gallery of Fort Worth and well respected artist, educator and philanthropist.
GALLERY TALKS:
BRIT has offered 15 minutes during the reception for a few TJAA show artists to talk about their work.
TJAA may be able to host an artist speaker at some time during the BRIT show.
